The Radio Lumina mobile application plays the audio stream of our station. We respect user privacy and are committed to processing personal data responsibly.

2. Permissions and technical information
- Internet Access (): Required to play the audio stream.
INTERNET - Network Status (): Used to display correct messages when there is no connection.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Notifications (, Android 13+): For controlling playback from the notification bar. Notifications do not contain personal data.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
The audio stream is accessed via the HTTP/HTTPS protocol, depending on the configuration of the streaming server. I do not transmit personal data through this flow.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The app does not use cookies and does not track user behavior.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties. We use standard libraries for audio playback (e.g. ExoPlayer/Media3) that do not collect user data for their own purposes.
5. Minors
The app is intended for the general public and is not specifically aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent/guardian and believe that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us to delete it.
6. Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect our infrastructure. The app does not store any personal data on your device.
